?????????? ?ℝ???ℕ??? #Followmeto Granada, Alhambra. I wanted to continue telling you stories about our original photos. This was one of the first photos that we actually prepared for. We roamed streets of Granada in search of the local Flamenco outfits. Decided that it would be to much fuss if we put on a big Flamenco dress as there was nowhere to change there, so we went for scarf, skirt and this red fan. Even though this wasn’t the first picture in our series, it was after this one that we were put in such a spotlight and the project went viral. Это была одна из первых фотографий, к которой мы решили основательно подготовиться. Мы гуляли по улицам Гранады в поисках национальных костюмов Фламенко. Решили, что полностью надевать платье на Наташу будет не очень удобно, так как подходящий мест в дворце не очень было много, поэтому мы решили обойтись юбкой, платком, и веером. #followmeto the land of Dagestan with @natalyosmann. We are starting to share content from Dagestan, Russia and it is extremely important for me as I was born in this region in a city called Makhachkala. This photo was taken in the Kubachi region which is famous for it’s silversmiths who had been welding beautiful swords for centuries, passing the traditional secret skills from farther to son. These women wake up almost every morning at dawn and go to the local spring in the mountain to collect water. Tomorrow we will be sharing video from this trip and I would love to hear your thoughts and comments. We dressed up Nataly in a local outfit and tried making the same way as these women. I must say that these jugs are quite heavy when they are filled with water #cледуйзамной на земли Дагестана с @natalyosmann. Для меня эта поездка была очень важной, потому что, не смотря на то, что я родился в Махачкале – я никогда не ездил вглубь Дагестана и не видел его неописуемую красоту. Данное фото мы сделали в селении Кубачи, которое известно на весь мир. Именно там работали лучшие на Кавказе мастера-ювелиры, которые ковали прекрасные кинжалы и сабли. Эти женщины на фотографии, почти каждое утро поднимаются к родинку, чтобы наполнить кувшины водой. Мы нарядили Наташу в национальный костюм и попробовали проделать этот путь. Честно признаюсь кувшины – очень очень нелегкие 🙂 Большой кувшин называетсяя- Мучал, маленький – Куткlа

“War of a thousand feelings” One of my all time favorites! I want to explain this illustration. It is made of metal bolts and screws, a very masculine, hard, strong material. I wanted to show the feelings through metal and the model who is dancing. Sometimes we get bullied, criticized, sometimes people want to see us down, and we have to dress the armor to protect ourselves and go through it. She is facing her fears. She is dancing and she is in a war with her feelings, but she keeps on fighting cause she craves to win and find the piece inside. This is a very personal illustration for me and she is not for sale and will never be.! She represents myself in some ways, she represents the time i went through hell, time when i was in a war with my fears and feelings. I kept on fighting and trying, I didn’t give up and i wanted an artwork that will represent every single thing without even a word! I will keep her to remind myself what i went through to become the person i am now! I want to share this with you to remind each of you how strong you are! Hope this drawing gives you the emotions that i put in it while creating.
