1. First, you need to hold the WhatsApp application icon and it’ll ask you to APP INFO. Make sure to click on that.
2. Now, you need to click on the FORCE STOP. In order to stop the application.
3. Now, you need to open the ES FILE MANAGER and need to enable the Root Explorer.
4. After that, you need to go to your ROOT DIRECTORY and need to find this directory data/data/com.whatsapp/shared_prefs.
5. Here, you’ll find the preferences files.
Open that file using the ES File editor. Now, you need to change the WhatsApp mode value from “1” to “0”.
6. Now save and exit the ES file editor.
Now, you need to open your WhatsApp application and you’ll see the removal of annoying status features.
